List the steps in their proper and sequential order to make them more easily achievable. Each small goal attained will serve as a reward and the subsequent satisfaction bolsters commitment for the attainment of future goals.

Motivation and commitment are the forces that will sustain our desire to bring to fulfillment each and every step of the action plan. Motivation pushes us to action whereas commitment keeps us striving despite any setbacks we may encounter.

The steps should be recordable and actually recorded in a layout which is easy to review. A regular review system of your action plan is essential so that you do not lose track of that which you set out to accomplish and, also, that which you have already accomplished.
