You come across many things about the Mayan 2012 calendar and vision at the moment. And, with the current downfall of banking entities and companies all over the globe, earth catastrophes including earthquakes and title waves, it definitely seems like a specific thing is happening. There have been countless others who articulated about the Mayan Calendar and 2012 in the past, but the true Mayan Council has been purposely calm for over 200 years. Now, for the first time in contemporary history are they vocalizing about their wisdom and the Prophecies.
The information is very clear. This is not Armageddon, but is a fresh start in humanity's awareness. Yes, there will be important changes with the earth and in society. We are already witnessing this with the latest collapse of old financial establishments in the planet, and changes in the planet's magnetic field. We are, as the Mayan's declare in the "End of Time", an around 8 year period during which the changes will quicken as they head towards 2012.
For the completely new beginnings to birth, the old, stale, ego based systems must come to an end. Whether it is antiquated corporate arrangements, financial systems, or political systems, if they are based on bogus, inauthentic models or premises, they must change. As we glide towards 2012, more and more changes will happen. Old systems will collapse making way for new, more genuine heart based models to be created.
Ac Tah, a Mayan leader who, in the past few years has come into fame spreading his message in Mexico, speaks that 2012 is not the conclusion of life, it is in fact the beginning. Changes are happening now, and will continue to happen after 2012. Humanity as a whole will rise up in awareness. He asserts the extent of the changes that will occur and how difficult they are hugely depend on the level of human consciousness. He says the best thing we all can do at the moment is to come together in unity, regardless of race, religion, creed or belief.
There are other spiritual heads from Mexico, which contains one of the largest Mayan populations, who have a common message. Famed author of The Four Agreements, don Miguel Ruiz has recently published another book called The Fifth Agreement. He spends much of his time exploring in North America and Mexico spreading his message "Ayudame cambiar el Mundo," which means "Help me change the World," in English.
Don Miguel states the aim of changing the world is finding equilibrium between kindness and gratitude - which is an expression of sincere love. He goes further by saying that the earth is a living being and we humans are part of the organism of the earth and as such we alter the world through our energy. The way we have an impact on energy is simply by awareness. So, as we glide deeper into love in our energy, thoughts, feelings, words and deeds, we influence our mother, the earth, in a positive way.
The bottom line is that though there may be numerous changes that transpire as we move close to 2012 and after, and these changes can bring up fear of the unknown, we are living in a special time in humanity's history. What on the covering may look like calamity is really the old coming to an end in order to make way for the new. This doesn't mean that there will not be disaster as the changes take place. When a large organization collapses many lose their jobs. When there are earthquakes, many may even lose their lives. And, while such things have always taken place in human history, it does not negate the challenges and misfortunes that occur. At the same time, however, as stated by the Mayans and other spiritual masters, in the bigger picture what is happening has been destined to happen for a very long time. And most essentially, it is bringing all of us to a much better world to dwell in.
